Committee meetings will take place quarterly.

Selected, parent, junior, senior and coach representatives are invited to committee meetings.

Then they will be addressed in order as published on our web site (Committee agenda) only if the person making the proposal attends the meeting. Also there will be no questions from the floor on subjects which are not on the agenda and no "Other Business".
